The Tacoma Housing Authority (THA) provides the information on this web site for information purposes only. THA does so without warranty of any kind- either express or implied.

Under no circumstances will THA be liable for any loss or damage caused by a user’s reliance on information obtained through the web site.

2.8 Termination

Tacomahousing.org or THA may terminate the THA’s web enabled e-form(s) with or without cause at any time. By way of example, and not as a limitation, they may terminate your account for lack of use if they or they believe you have violated the letter or spirit of these terms. They may also discontinue offering the THA’s web enabled e-form(s) in their sole discretion at any time. Upon termination of the THA’s web enabled e-form(s), your right to use them immediately ends. Tacomahousing.org or THA shall have no obligation to maintain any content in your e-form requests.

3. General Terms

The laws of the State of Washington govern these terms and their construction interpretation and effect. You and tacomahousing.org and THA submit to personal jurisdiction in Washington.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Failure to act by Tacomahousing.org or THA with respect to your breach does not waive their right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. The section titles in the Terms of THA’s web enabled e-form(s) are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
