Sign your new THA lease online

If you would like to receive and sign your lease or any other documentation electronically, please follow the instructions in the link below. Please note that you will need to know your Client ID number.  If you received a letter inviting you to sign up for electronic signatures, you should see your Client ID number on that letter. If you forgot your Client ID number, click here.

Any documentation you sign electronically can be printed and/or emailed to you. Additionally, you are welcome to meet with THA staff if you have any questions or concerns.
