Resident Councils
The Tenant Representatives Action Coalition (TRAC) is a council representing tenants at THA’s senior/disabled properties.
Resident councils survey residents about site-specific concerns and find out what issues are most important to residents. Our resident councils have regularly scheduled meetings and have elected officers to improve their living environment, by virtue of resident self-help activities and to move the business matters of the development.
The more you are informed and involved in the planning process, the better we can serve your needs. A resident council serves to improve residents’ quality of life and to foster a positive living environment for families in public housing.

Calling all youth!
Have you ever wanted to teach a cooking class, lead a basketball workshop, teach art or music lessons, or help put together a back-to-school event for youth in your community?
Let’s team up and make it happen! THA is offering financial stipends for residents who volunteer to create and host youth programming this summer.
We are looking for residents who can use their own unique talents to help our youth engage in fun and interesting activities on site. The possibilities are endless!
