NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD & PUBLIC HEARING

The Tacoma Housing Authority (THA) will open the public comment period for an amendment to the 2022 Moving to Work (MTW) Plan.

The amended 2022 MTW Plan further clarifies our activities and re-proposes Activities 5 & 6 to provide additional flexibilities to fixed-income and work-able voucher holders. Through THA’s annual MTW plan, THA outlines its priorities and how we will use our MTW flexibility to continue to serve our participants, community, and our partners in 2022.

Residents, voucher holders, partners, and community members are invited to submit comments on the proposed changes. The comment period begins on Friday, May 6, 2022 at 8:00 AM and will last for 30 days. All comments must be received by 5:00 PM on June 5, 2022.
