Cascade Park Partnership

Tacoma Housing Authority has partnered with Cascade Park Communities to offer a total of 145 affordable assisted living units in the city. This 2013 file video offers a look Cascade Park’s approach to caring for the disabled and elderly.

“Assisted living facilities that accept Medicaid are near impossible to find in Tacoma and Pierce County,” said THA executive director Michael Mirra in Wednesday’s news release announcing details of the plan.
