County Council Meeting to be held in Tacoma

The Pierce County Council will hold an In-District Council meeting in District 5 at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 6, at the Salishan Family Investment Center, 1724 E. 44 St., Room 101 in Tacoma. This in-district meeting will be chaired by Councilmember Rick Talbert.

Each member of the Pierce County Council holds at least one in-district meeting per year in order to ensure meetings are more accessible to residents of Pierce County. Metro Parks has been invited to present on the Eastside Community Center campaign. Additionally, Council will hear a presentation from Tacoma Housing Authority on their programs.
