Do Section 8 Vouchers Bring Crime to Neighborhoods?

We have long heard the charge that voucher holders in a neighborhood increase crime rates.  Social scientists from NYU studied this question and concluded that voucher holders do not increase crime.  Here is a citation to the article, and a link.
