Appointments and walk-ins are welcome at THA’s Headquarters at 902 S L Street
TACOMA, WA – July 11, 2022 — After nearly two and a half years, Tacoma Housing Authority (THA) has reopened its lobbies to the public. THA will now accept in-person appointments and walk-ins at their headquarters at 902 S L Street effective immediately.
THA staff have continued to work diligently for their clients since the offices were temporarily closed to the public in March 2020. Still, over the past 28 months, appointments were primarily held in a virtual space due to the pandemic. Today, THA staff are ready and willing to meet with clients virtually or in person depending on the preference of the client, tenant, partner, or individual seeking housing help.
Tacoma Housing Authority’s offices are open to the public four days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. Walk-ins are welcome or make an appointment with our Customer Care Team by calling (253) 620-3701 during office hours.
