THA Service Portal

The THA service portal is a secure, convenient way for waitlist applicants, current clients, and landlords to connect with Tacoma Housing Authority from anywhere with secure internet access.

Powered by Rent Cafe, our service portal can help you manage your new rental effortlessly. Log in securely to make online rent payments and keep track of payments by checking your status and history.

You can use the portal to apply to our waiting lists for housing assistance and change or update your contact information. Residents can also contact your Property Manager (for THA tenants) or Housing Specialist from the portal, and landlords can submit your annual recertification information or view your ledger, tenants’ Housing Specialist information, and unit inspection results.

Sign up for the portal

If you are a THA tenant, voucher holder, or landlord partner, you will need a one-time code to register on the portal. If you haven’t received a registration code, please fill out our Registration Code Request Form or contact your THA Property Manager, Housing Specialist, or THA Owner Liaison for support.

You do not need a registration code to apply for a THA waitlist.

Note for Applicants:

Registering an account on the THA Service Portal does not automatically apply you for THA housing or services. After you log in to the portal, please follow additional instructions to complete and submit your application.
