Intent to Vacate Form for THA Tenants

If you are moving out of a Tacoma Housing Authority property, fill out this form and return it to your Property Manager.

If you are using a THA voucher to rent at a property not owned by THA, see our moving information for voucher holders instead.

You must give notice at least 20 days before the end of the month to avoid being charged for your next month’s rent. If your plans change before your move-out date, contact our office to make an update.
